ILD is one of the few companies that can perform the complex Connors Fluid- elastic analysis for heat exchanger tube bundles to determine if the equipment is susceptible to flow induced vibration. ILD has incorporated industry standard analytical techniques in standard calculation methods to simplify this analysis. ILD has successfully used this method on MSR and Feedwater Heater tube bundles to predict potential damage to heat exchangers during abnormal or uprated operation configurations.
